​Symphony Trial

Terms and Conditions

• The trial period is open to new users who register for an account. Each user will have a 14-day free trial period starting from when they are invited to the Symphony platform via email.

• To access the trial users must register with their education email address and provide valid registration details.

• The trial account will expire after 14 days unless the user transitions to a paid subscription.

• During the trial period, your account will give you access to a limited number of lessons available on Symphony.

• Users are expected to use Symphony fairly and lawfully consistent with the Terms of Service.

• Users can create learner accounts and utilise all features of Symphony within their classroom during their trial period.

• Any data entered by the user during the trial period will be handled according to the Privacy Policy. Users are encouraged to review the privacy policy to understand how your information is collected, used, and protected.

• Symphony will not be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, or exemplary damages that may be incurred by the user during the use of the trial service.

• Users can cancel their trial at any time by advising you wish to cancel in writing to info@learningnetwork.com.au. Upon termination, the user’s access to Symphony will be revoked, and any data stored will be deleted

• User accounts and all learner accounts associated with the user will be deleted after the 14-day trial period.

• If you wish to have a copy of any data within your trial period, please conact info@learningnetwork.com.au before the end of your 14-day trial and a copy will be emailed to your provided address.
